The President congratulates PRESEC LEGON - champions of NSMQ Competition

Source: graphic.com.gh The representatives of the Presbyterian Boys’ Senior High School (Presec), Legon, on Thursday delivered the long-relished sixth National Science and Maths Quiz (NSMQ) diadem when it won this year’s edition of the contest, ahead of two former winners, Opoku Ware School (OWASS), Kumasi, and Adisadel College (ADISCO), Cape Coast. The 2020 champions had previously won the contest in 1995, 2003, 2006, 2008 and 2009, making it the only school to win the NSMQ back to back. Why I Accepted To Be Akua Donkor's Running Mate - Adakabre

Source: graphic.com.gh Radio host Adakabre Frimpong Manso says he accepted to be the running mate of the founder and leader of the Ghana Freedom Party (GFP), Madam Akua Donkor because of her innovative socialist ideas. According to the Neat FM radio host, although Madam Akua Donkor is not highly educated she has a lot of "home sense" which he says have influenced government policy since 2012. He said many government policies such as the Free Senior High School (SHS) policy and the recent increase in the farm gate price for cocoa by 21% were first proposed to Ghanaians by the GFP flagbearer who he insists has been unfairly tagged as a comedian by a section of the public. "I have known Akua Donkor since 2012 and I have come to have greater belief in her and what she stands for but unfortunately, people seem to think she is like a comedian.
